Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Nemo and sign in with your mobile number.
- Tap your photo on Home (or go to Tools → Profile).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email us from any address with the subject “Delete my Nemo account” and include the mobile number registered with Nemo. To protect your account we may ask you to confirm the request from that number. We complete requests within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted
- Your mobile number, name, date, time and place of birth, gender and language
- Your free snapshot and all generated reports (including PDFs)
- Your chat history and wallet transaction history
- Your OTP / sign-in records
- Any unused wallet balance (it cannot be refunded after deletion, so use it or contact us first)
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records (amount, date, order and payment IDs): kept for up to 8 years because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. They are no longer linked to your name, number or birth details.
- Reports you made about AI content: kept without any link to you, to improve safety.
- Backups and server logs: overwritten within 30 days.
